WITCHAM VILLAGE HALL NEEDS A NEW TREASURER / BOOKING CLERK

START DATE: May 24.   


The role includes: communicating with hirers, agreeing bookings, paying bills, sending out monthly invoices, detailing the monthly calendar, liaising with the hall cleaner and attending Trust meetings.   Some months are busier than others, however, the role needs on average a 3 hour commitment each week.
