The Trustees of Witcham Village Hall are a group of local residents who support the life and upkeep of the hall.
Being a volunteer or sponsor in support of the work of the Witcham Village Hall Trustees, enables the hall to function to a high standard and offer an excellent service to all hall hirers.

Witcham Village Hall Trustees are always seeking volunteers to help organise fundraising events. The hall is a charity and relies on fundraising to sustain its excellent facilities and offer hire charges at a fair and reasonable rate.
Past fundraising events have included: Big Breakfast, Coffee Mornings, Fashion shows, visiting theatres, musical evenings and the World Pea Shooting Championships.

Witcham Village Hall seeks sponsors to support fundraising events as well as the upkeep and day-to-day running of the hall.
The refurbishment of the hall was completed in 2017 and now needs to be maintained to a high standard.
Over time sponsors have provided Pea Shoot trophies, equipment for staging the pea shoot, bunting, kitchen equipment and refurbishment of the bar.
